How registration works

We use your email address to identify you. It should be the email address that is main address on the copy of Outlook you want to use.

When your payment is cleared we place your email address on our database, along with the expiry date for your registration, and we will notify you that this has been done.

Once this is done you can click the Request Licence or Check Registration button. (Which one you have depends on which version of the software you are using.) This will cause Print Just 1 to contact our database to see if your email address is registered. If internal is then the details, are stored on your computer.

If you buy registration for multiple users we will store the second half of the email address (after the @ sign). This is known as the email domain. When users click the Request Licence/Check Registration button their emails are checked against this. If the registration for your domain has spare capacity that user is registered.
